A register of the contact persons of Pohjanmaan Raudoite Oy\u2019s customers is held for the management, maintenance and development of customer accounts and other relevant associations, for targeting offers, analysis purposes, and for producing, offering and developing services. Customers shall have the right to specify the contact persons for the relevant customer account to be stored in Pohjanmaan Raudoite\u2019s customer register.<\/p>

5. INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE REGISTER<\/strong>
The information to be stored in the register shall not include personal details, so far as they are not necessary in terms of the current or potential customer relationship.<\/p>

Mobile phone number
Email address
Job and\/or position in the company
Marketing bans<\/p>

6. REGULATORY DATA SOURCES<\/strong>
Personal data shall be collected during the customer relationship as well as during the work carried out in connection with creating a potential customer relationship. Information can be collected and supplemented at the person\u2019s consent (e.g. by using cookies). Information may also be collected in connection with various marketing procedures, such as events.<\/p>

7. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION<\/strong>
Pohjanmaan Raudoite Oy may disclose register information within the limits allowed and obliged by legislation. Due to the technical and operative implementation of data processing, part of the information be held by Pohjanmaan Raudoite Oy\u2019s subcontractors or the information may be otherwise processed by means of a technical user connection.<\/p>
